Pride Autos & LPG – Launceston Tyrepower is a locally owned and operated Tasmanian business which has been servicing and repairing vehicles since 1975.

We “Pride” ourselves on treating all of our customers with high quality service and vehicle repairs, backed by the Repco Nationwide Warranty and delivered at competitive pricing. We also offer new car operators an alternative to the expense of dealership servicing in preference to a more personalised and trusted repairer without voiding your new car statutory warranty.

We have two outlets – one located in the Kings Meadows area, Advance Automotive & LPG, on the corner of Hobart Rd and Blaydon Sts and the other is situated in the Launceston CBD, Pride Autos & LPG – Launceston Tyrepower, 78 Bathurst St from either of these sites you are sure to find a centre which is convenient for you.

 Our association with the TACC Accreditation, RACT  Approved  Repairers  and  Repco Authorised Service Centre’s are each a part of one of Australia’s largest service networks and are diligently promoted to the community as qualified professionals who deliver quality repairs and servicing.  Our site is independently owned and operated.  We have undertaken and completed their accreditation programs which require us to enter into contracts to deliver to our customers a more professional level of service which we have come to expect. This includes the provision of a warranty and use of quality parts, to abide by a consumer complaint program managed by the TACC group and endorsed by the Department of Consumer Affairs and Fair Trading. Our affiliation with both the TACC Accredited Repairers and Repco Authorised Service centres agree to undergo compliance audits to ensure strict standards for our premises, equipment and our insurance levels are all maintained.

Training and Equipment

Our employees attend ongoing training courses to ensure they are kept up to date with the latest of technology. We have access to current data required to service your modern motor vehicles.  Our workshop is well equipped with modern engine and gas analysers and onboard diagnostic equipment which allows us to communicate with your cars computer system. Our trained LPG technicians can install and maintain the servicing of your LPG vehicles.
